Customer safety
Your safety is very important to us and a full team of security officers patrol the malls, supported by a state of the art digital CCTV system which operates in all areas of the Centre, both in the malls and in the surrounding car parks, including the multi-storey car park. All of the Kingdom Shopping Centre car parks have been awarded Park Mark™ Safer Parking status.

Our aim is to make sure your visit is safe, secure and enjoyable. Approachable and happy to help if you need assistance while in the Centre, the majority of security and cleaning staff are trained First Aiders, with some also trained in the use of a portable defibrillator to treat heart attack victims.

We are founder members of the ‘Safe Centre’ programme in Scotland, which has now been joined by other leading shopping centres and retail outlets across the country. The Kingdom Shopping Centre actively works in partnership with Fife Constabulary and Fife Council to implement a number of Community Safety and Crime Reduction Initiatives to provide local solutions for local problems, and create a safer environment for those working and using the town centre.

Kingsley's Club is a free safe child service offered at the Kingdom Shopping Centre. Register your details at the information desk in Falkland Square and tag your tot with a wristband to help us contact you if they get lost in the Centre.

Public toilets
Customer toilets and disabled toilets can be found at both ends of the Centre, in Marchmont Gate and at the Kintyre Gate entrance.  Baby changing facilities are also available here.

ATMs
Cash machines are available at the various banks and building societies based at the Kingdom Shopping Centre. Please refer to the site map contained within the Store Directory

Support Zone

All Kingdom Centre staff receive disability & specific learning disability training plus customer service skills to ensure that all customers will be treated with consideration & respect no matter who they are or what help they require.

Parent and Child
Dedicated Parent & Child parking is available at the Kintyre Gate entrance to the Centre.
Toilets and baby changing facilities are available in Marchmont Gate and Kintyre Gate. The Kingdom Shopping Centre supports Mothers in their choice to breastfeed either in the Mother & Baby rooms provided or in a public area.

No Smoking
The Kingdom Shopping Centre operates a No Smoking policy in the malls. Thank you for your co-operation.
